Handcrafted pandoro, made in Italy over many days using time-honoured methods and the finest ingredients. Baked with stoneground wheat and enriched with Madagascan vanilla, this golden, buttery star-shaped loaf is a true staple of the Italian Christmas.
Risen slowly and baked gently for its signature cloud-soft crumb, then wrapped in simple paper and twine, it comes with a sachet of icing sugar to dust generously before serving.
Soft, fragrant and delicately sweet, it’s perfect sliced thick for breakfast, warmed lightly after supper, or given as a refined alternative to richer Christmas cakes or fruit-filled panettone.
