At Cook & Butler, every parcel is packed with care, thoughtfully wrapped and sent using recycled and recyclable packaging wherever possible. We work to dispatch orders promptly and keep you updated every step of the way.

Dispatch & Delivery

We aim to send all in-stock items within 1 to 2 working days.

UK Delivery Options:

• Standard Delivery £6
  Arrives within 3 to 5 working days.

• Next Working Day £9
  Order before 2pm and we’ll do our best to get it to you the next day.

Furniture & Fragile Deliveries:

For larger, heavier or more delicate pieces, we offer a white-glove two-person delivery service:

• Delivery fee £55

  • Delivered within 10 to 14 working days

  • Our team will bring the item into your room of choice and remove all packaging, if you’d like
    Please double check access routes ahead of delivery - including doorways, stairwells and tight corners.

We’re happy to arrange delivery beyond mainland UK, just get in touch and we’ll take care of the details.

As a guide:

• Northern Ireland £20 (3 to 5 working days)

• Ireland & Channel Islands £20 (3 to 5 working days)

• EU £45 (5 to 7 working days)
