Stoneware Bud Vase
A small stoneware bud vase, made for quiet corners and single stems. Its simple shape and tactile finish give it an understated charm, just the right size for a garden clipping, a dried sprig, or a single market bloom. Whether placed by a sink, on a shelf, or beside the bed, it brings a gentle, gathered feel to everyday spaces.
Shaped by hand in the heart of Buckinghamshire, each piece in our stoneware collection is the work of local potter James Moffat. The glaze, soft and speckled, takes its cue from quail eggshells, quietly textured and gently varied from one piece to the next. The exterior is left unglazed, giving a natural, tactile finish that feels as good in the hand as it looks on the table.
Every item is finished with our Cook & Butler stamp of approval. Dishwasher and microwave safe for everyday ease.
Each piece is thrown by hand, so may differ slightly from the one pictured, subtle variations in colour, size, and finish reflect the maker’s touch, no two are ever the same.
