First use: When you first open your diffuser, insert all 10 reeds and let them soak for around 30 to 60 minutes. Then turn them over so the scented oil is drawn into the air from both ends. This helps establish a strong, even scent throw from the start.

Getting the balance right: If you prefer a lighter, more subtle fragrance, you don’t need to use all the reeds at once. Fewer reeds will slow evaporation and extend the life of the diffuser. Using all 10 will give the fullest scent experience and is designed to last around 3 months in a medium-sized room.

Keep the scent fresh: To refresh the fragrance, flip the reeds every few days or once a week depending on the strength you prefer. The more often you turn them, the more noticeable the scent will be.

Where to place it: Set your diffuser somewhere with gentle airflow, but not in a strong draught. Hallways, bathrooms, bedside tables, and shelves all work well. Avoid placing it directly above radiators or in direct sunlight, as this can cause the oil to evaporate too quickly.

Looking after it: If the reeds become saturated and stop diffusing well, replace them. Over time they can clog with dust and oil residue, which reduces performance. Always keep the bottle upright and on a stable surface.

• Keep out of reach of children and pets
• Avoid contact with skin and eyes, as the oils can cause a reaction
• Place on a protective surface in case of spills
• Do not light the reeds
