Each piece in FOUND is one of a kind, carefully chosen for its character and history. Signs of age are part of its charm and are noted in the description. The condition of each item is based on the following:

Excellent: Well-preserved with very minimal signs of age or wear. No chips, cracks, or repairs. A rare find in this condition.

Great: Light, age-appropriate wear with good overall integrity. May have minor surface marks, gentle fading, or firing imperfections that add to its charm.

Good: Visible signs of age and use, such as worn edges, hairline cracks, or discolouration, consistent with a piece that’s been well loved and lived with. Structurally sound and full of character.

Timeworn: Marked by age and use with more noticeable flaws, such as chips, cracks, or worn glaze, but still beautiful and useful, especially for display or gentle use. Best for those who love a well-weathered piece.

FOUND pieces can be returned within 14 days of delivery.

We ask that items come back in their original condition and packaging, ready to find a new home. If an item arrives damaged, please let us know within 48 hours so we can make it right.

As many of our FOUND pieces are one of a kind, we pack them with care, and appreciate the same care in return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
