Chocolate Panettone

Handcrafted panettone, made in Italy over many days using time-honoured methods and the finest ingredients. Made with stoneground wheat, enriched with Madagascan vanilla and sweetened with acacia honey gathered in the Tuscan hills, then folded through with generous pieces of dark chocolate for a deeper, more indulgent take on the classic.

Made slowly, baked gently, and wrapped simply in paper and twine, it’s panettone with a richer edge: soft, fragrant, and full of the careful work that makes it special. Slice it thick for breakfast, warm it slightly after supper, or give it as an indulgent alternative to the traditional fruit-filled version.
