Audrey's Milk & Dark Chocolate Selection

Audrey’s signature milk and dark chocolate collections bring together the best of both worlds: silky milk chocolate and deeply rich dark Valrhona chocolate, crafted into an abundant mix of caramels, fondant creams, ganaches, pralines, candied ginger and nuts.

Each piece is handmade in East Sussex using exceptional ingredients and time-honoured techniques. There’s a generosity to them - proper chocolates, thoughtfully made, with layers of flavour that unfold slowly. A firm favourite at Cook & Butler, and often the box people return for once they’ve finished the last piece.
