Traditional Panettone

A traditional panettone, handmade in Italy over many days using time-honoured methods and the finest ingredients. Made with stoneground wheat, enriched with Madagascan vanilla and sweetened with acacia honey gathered in the Tuscan hills, then studded with aromatic Calabrian orange peel, harvested and peeled by hand, and soft Australian raisins.

Made slowly, baked gently, and wrapped simply in paper and twine, it’s panettone as it should be: light, fragrant, and full of the careful work that makes it special. Slice it thick for breakfast, warm it slightly after supper, or give it as a gift worthy of the season.
