At Cook & Butler, we believe that good design and thoughtful messaging do more than look pretty, they make you feel something. We’re growing our little team and want someone who can step in with fresh ideas while respecting the world we’ve already built.

This role is perfect if you love working with brands that care about the details, from the way things look to how they make people feel, and if you get excited by the idea of slow living, design-led retail, and supporting independent businesses.

You’ll be helping us bring Cook & Butler to life across print, digital, social, and in-store, creating everything from packaging and shop signage to website graphics and email campaigns. Plus, you’ll be involved in shaping new product and packaging designs, helping keep our brand consistent as we grow.

The role includes:

• Creating branded assets for marketing (both digital and print)
• Designing graphics for web, email, packaging, and shop signage
• Supporting new product and packaging development
• Bringing creative thinking to seasonal campaigns and brand storytelling
• Working with and evolving existing brand guidelines

We’re looking for:

• Experience in graphic design, branding, or marketing (ideally retail or lifestyle sectors)
• Strong design skills and a good instinct for layout, typography and colour
• Knowledge of tools like Adobe Creative Suite or similar
• An organised, self-led approach with great attention to detail
• Someone available to start quickly, and open to ongoing freelance work
