Our goal is to have your items delivered within 1 week from the order date, but please allow up to 14 days for the delivery process. Orders are packed and dispatched from our shop between Wednesday and Friday. You're welcome to collect items from our shop during our operating hours (Wednesday - Sunday) by using the click-and-collect option when checking out. For larger items, you have the option to collect them from our store or arrange for delivery. If you intend to have larger items delivered, we recommend reaching out to us before placing your order. This way, we can provide you with an accurate quote for the delivery costs. Orders are dispatched via either Royal Mail or a courier service. Please note that larger and delicate items will be dispatched using a service specifically designed for such items.

We deliver to all mainland UK. We are able to send some of our items internationally, please contact us prior to ordering so we can accurately give you a price for delivery, please be aware that we are not accountable for any duties or taxes that may arise.
